Shoppers Be aware: These items are hand-crafted and not mass-produced pieces which means certain situations could arise.
A. Because some pieces are reproducible, I do not necessarily remove them from my store
B. A piece you see and just have to have may have been sold but do not fret most pieces are reproducible though not exact copies owing to artistic license and the art of hand-crafting. Notice the word "art"; it is the inconsistencies which provide character.
C. Beads are not always available
Repairs: I will repair or replace a purchased item which breaks as a result of faulty workmanship or defects within 90 days for the cost of shipping. For the repair of a piece broken through loving use, please send me all the original beads, etc. For a small fee, I will restring the loved piece and return it to you. Please e-mail me prior to sending the broken or defective piece so I may discuss with you what is desired, needed or possible.
Pricing: Pricing is subject to change based on market value and availability of materials. A 5% tax is collected in
Delivery: I ship parcel post or UPS ground delivery so allow two weeks for your purchase to arrive as each piece is made to order.

Custom Orders: Special orders do not upset me, I welcome them. If you would like to commission a personal piece of jewelry, please contact me via e-mail with a description of your design. Please include a phone number where you can be reached if I have any questions. Please note, at this time, I work only with beads and semi-precious gems and sterling silver. I do no cast work, no enameling, no carving or etching. If it can be strung, I can do it. If it can be formed in clay, I can do it as I work in Precious Metal Clay as well as beads and gems.
